Limitless Law is looking for an attorney who wants more than just their next associate role — someone who wants to build a practice, develop meaningful client relationships, and potentially grow into ownership over time.
Limitless Law PLLC is an award-winning Bellingham firm serving clients throughout Whatcom County and Washington State. Our firm leads with competence and compassion, handling cases ranging from adoption to estate planning, business law to prenuptial agreements and real estate transactions. Profit sharing has been part of our firm for years, and for the right attorney committed to building a future here, the owner is open to discussing an earned equity path.
Approximately 75% of your work will focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. The remaining work includes real estate and business transactional matters through the firm's existing client relationships.
You will have direct client contact from the start and begin managing your own matters as you acclimate. You'll also have direct access to the firm owner for mentorship and support. Business development is not expected during your first year — the priority is learning the practice, serving clients well, and building strong relationships.
This is a flat-fee firm. Success is measured by the quality and volume of matters you complete, client outcomes, efficiency, and revenue generated — not billable-hour targets.
Submit your resume and a brief cover letter. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — you'll hear back quickly. If you're relocating, mention it and we'll discuss timing.

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a judge for Washington State's quasi-judicial environmental boards — helping the Pollution Control Hearings Board and Shorelines Hearings Board issue decisions on important environmental matters impacting Washington's natural resources, citizens, communities, and economies.
As an Administrative Appeals Judge, you will play a critical role supporting the Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB) and Shorelines Hearings Board (SHB). You will preside over prehearing conferences and hearings to ensure fairness, issue legally sound procedural decisions, and manage assigned cases end-to-end.
You will conduct legal research, draft timely and high-quality decisions on substantive issues, facilitate mediations to achieve mutual resolution, and provide due process in an efficient, effective, and ethical manner. You will also support agency administration through open public meetings, public records requests, and employee training.
The Environmental and Land Use Hearings Office (ELUHO) is a small state agency supporting three independent, quasi-judicial boards: the Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB), the Shorelines Hearings Board (SHB), and the Growth Management Hearings Board (GMHB). Together they provide an accessible, independent forum for expeditious and efficient review of environmental and land use decisions.
ELUHO values diversity and provides a workplace inclusive of different cultures, backgrounds, and ideas. We are committed to employee health and well-being, healthy work/life balance, and professional development. Jurisdictional areas include water and air pollution, water resources, hydraulic projects, forest practices, hazardous waste, greenhouse gas emissions, and many more.
