    About the Role 

    The Trial Attorney would be joining a team of sixteen attorneys, with five others on our trial team! You would also work closely with our pre-litigation team to help identify and take on cases that should be headed to trial. We are looking for someone who is eager to take cases to trial and fight for our clients. 

    We are looking for someone with significant trial and personal injury experience who is admitted in Washington, but being admitted in Oregon as well is a plus.   

    Responsibilities  

    • Lead Trials: Serve as a lead attorney in high-value personal injury trials, showcasing your deep understanding of the law, impeccable courtroom presence, and persuasive advocacy skills. 

    • Litigation Mastery: Handle all aspects of litigation, from case analysis and strategy development to discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations, demonstrating your commitment to thoroughness and meticulous preparation. 

    • Client-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their voices are heard and their interests are protected throughout the litigation process. 

    • Collaborative Environment: Collaborate with our talented legal team, including paralegals and support staff, to develop comprehensive trial strategies and ensure seamless execution. 

     

    Qualifications 

    • 3 Years trial experience (preferred) 

    • 1 Year personal injury experience (required) 

    • Admission to WA Bar (required)

     

    Work Location 

    Our office is right off Pike Place Market on the Seattle waterfront. This position is hybrid, with three days a week in office and two days a week remote following a 90-day fully in person training period.  

     

    Compensation 

    Base salary between $150,000 and $250,000 in addition to a bonus structure.

    Role Overview

    Stoel Rives is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of real estate transactional experience for its Real Estate & Construction group to sit in our Seattle office. You will work on commercial real estate development and complex financing transactions in a number of states. You can expect to work on real estate purchase and sales, entity formation and structuring, securities offerings and equity investments, debt financing, mezzanine financing, development and construction, leasing, condominiums, and mergers and acquisitions.

    The pay range for this position is $235,000-$259,000; however, the base compensation presented to a candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience. This salary range is based on market location.

    Job Title: Associate Attorney

    Alford & Associates, PLLC is a Latina owned and run law firm dedicated to upholding the constitutional rights of parents, families, and individuals against State actors who have systemically policed and targeted marginalized communities.  We are seeking an entry level associate attorney to join our team representing indigent parents involved in child dependency, termination of parental rights, guardianships, and family law proceedings. 


    We are a small firm and work closely with one another to provide high-quality representation to our clients. The associate will be responsible for a full caseload representing clients from the start to finish of their case, including contested hearings, motions practice, bench trials, depositions, interviews, and meetings with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families.


    The position is full time and offers a base salary of $70,000, plus opportunity to make additional income.


    Minimum qualifications:

    • 0-3 years of experience in litigation

    • A law degree and admission to the Washington State Bar. Recent graduates sitting for the July 2024 bar are encouraged to apply
