Experienced Bank Litigation Attorney (Seattle)
Miller Nash Graham & Dunn ("MNG&D") is seeking an experienced (8+ years) bank litigation attorney to join a demanding and rewarding team in its Seattle office. Applicants should be wicked smart, able to carry on a normal conversation, and adept at discussing the dense language of UCC Articles 3, 4, and 4A with both clients and juries. The position will involve representing financial institutions in disputes relating to deposit and investment accounts, lender liability claims, and fiduciary and trust claims, and applicants with experience in those areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
