Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt currently has an opening in its Seattle, Washington, office for a mid-level ligation associate. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of solid litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation
  
• Experience in general business litigation and/or complex commercial litigation
  
• Experience in commercial banking disputes, real estate and construction litigation, securities litigation or receiverships is a plus
  
• Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills
  
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence
  
• Strong client service ethic
  
• Washington State Bar admission is required
