Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Intellectual Property Group and trademark practice in its Seattle office. We serve many well-known national companies, including major media, entertainment, and technology brands. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement. Experience with cease & desist letters and enforcement, proceedings before the TTAB, and some trademark litigation experience is preferred. 

Candidates with law firm experience, excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity and a self-starter mindset will excel in this position. Outstanding writing and oral advocacy skills are required, as well as strong academic credentials. All replies are confidential.
