    The DeNovo Team at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is opportunistically searching for mid-to-senior attorneys with significant experience with technology transactions to assist on upcoming projects on a flexible contract basis.

    Our practice includes working with established companies and emerging company clients in many industries, including advertising, games, enterprise, software services, retail, fintech, health, and digital media, among others.

    Attorneys with prior large law firm experience and in-house experience are encouraged to apply. Seattle-based candidates highly preferred, but strong candidates who are available remotely will also be considered.  Projects vary in duration and weekly hours, but most projects average around 20 to 25 hours of work per week.. While some projects require availability for occasional on-site meetings and trainings, most projects provide attorneys with the opportunity to work remotely on a flexible basis.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    ·         7+ years of experience with tech transactions, including licensing, intellectual property, IT sales, procurement, and supply chain contracts, focusing in the areas of software and hardware.
