The review judges review appeals from decisions made by administrative law judges at the Office of Administrative Hearings-- one option for litigants is to appeal an OAH ruling to the agency itself.
The ideal candidate will love the idea of being in on the creation of a new unit, and will have the energy and vision to create an efficient and well-run system. The ideal candidate will also enjoy supervising a group of review judges, and be capable in that regard.
