The Christine O. Gregoire Spokane Division is looking for an attorney for the interested in a fast-paced civil litigation practice. The attorney hired may also advise the Department of Corrections on issues related to prison operations, public records, and civil rights.
AAG - Regional Services Division in Yakima (DL: 11/5/2020)
The attorney hired to fill this position will work in a high volume litigation practice entailing frequent state court docket and trial appearances.

The Environmental Protection Division seeks to fill an Assistant Attorney General position to develop and litigate high-profile and significant cases in Washington and federal courts, joining a cadre of dedicated, talented attorneys.

The Torts Division defends state agencies, agency employees, and elected officials when sued in tort and in some civil rights matters. The division has an opening for a lawyer with at least 5 years of significant litigation experience for a combined position in the Torts Appellate Program (TAP) and Early Resolution Program (ERP).
