Job Description:
Miller Nash Graham & Dunn (“MNG&D”) is seeking partner-level attorneys with 10 or more years of experience representing public and private educational institutions to join its Seattle, WA office. The successful candidates will have experience representing educational institutions in federal and state court and in administrative proceedings, as well as experience providing advice to educational institutions on a wide-variety of legal issues, including Title IX of the Education Amendments, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, constitutional protections, and other issues related to faculty, educator, and student rights. Strong communication and writing skills, good judgment, analytical ability, and the ability to communicate effectively with people of many diverse backgrounds are required. Portable business and admission to the Washington State Bar also required.
