Stokes Lawrence, P.S., a commercial law firm with offices in Seattle and Yakima, is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of three years of practical experience to join our Seattle office. Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills, an ability to work independently, and strong advocacy skills. Candidates should have experience handling all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and with drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Outstanding academic credentials and superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in intellectual property litigation and clerkship experience is preferred, but not required.
