Natural Resources/Land Use Associate

The Seattle office of Van Ness Feldman LLP is seeking a natural resources/land use associate with 2-4 years’ experience to join our dynamic team.  Candidates should have strong experience handling diverse matters associated with federal and state environmental laws, such as the National Environmental Protection Act, the State Environmental Protection Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act.  Candidates should also have experience in permitting and regulatory compliance/enforcement; and in all aspects of complex land use matters, including representation before local land use boards, tribunals, and other administrative agencies.
