Kutak Rock LLP’s Spokane office is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. An associate in the Spokane litigation department will work with partners, associates and clients in a busy litigation practice in both federal and state courts, and will be actively involved in the firm’s expanding regional and national litigation practice.

The successful candidate must have strong academic credentials, strong communication and writing skills, be self-motivated with the drive to help shape and expand a growing practice, and have the ability and confidence to work independently. Prior court room and/or trial experience is beneficial. All applicants must be currently admitted in Washington or eligible to apply for admission.
