The Tax group at Stoel Rives LLP is seeking to add an Attorney to its dynamic tax practice in the Pacific Northwest. Our tax group offers a full range of advice and strategic counsel on the tax implications of complex business transactions. We also have an active tax controversy practice, including state and local tax controversy matters throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling clients on an array of state and local tax issues in both transactional and litigation matters, with an emphasis on Oregon, Washington, and California tax issues.

Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and outstanding client service, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues. An LL.M. in Taxation and membership in the Oregon, California or Washington Bar are preferred, but not required. Occasional travel may be required.\
