We are looking for a mid-level Associate seeking an opportunity to join a sophisticated IP and Technology Transactions practice and work in an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience with intellectual property and/or technology transactions, superior academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and current WSBA membership.
