The Seattle office of Stoel Rives LLP, a full service business law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Partner or Of Counsel lawyer with eight to fifteen years of broad experience in real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on leasing and/or real estate finance. Some commercial law experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal individual should be an outgoing self-starter willing to work in a fast-paced environment and across several geographic regions with members of the real estate and related practice groups in other Stoel offices. Successful candidates will demonstrate essential interpersonal skills, such as leadership, curiosity, problem solving, business development, mentoring and training of associates, and will be committed to delivering excellent quality work in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative environment. Membership in the Washington State Bar is required.
