We are seeking a midlevel associate to join the IP procurement and portfolio management group in our dynamic Seattle office.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of direct trademark experience that includes helping to manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios, with specific experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, investigations, routine enforcement and civil litigation.  Candidates are required to have excellent academic credentials, including graduation from a top-tier law school, law review or journal experience, and clerkship experience.

 

Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
