The Seattle office of Perkins Coie is seeking entry-level associates to join our thriving Corporate practice in Fall 2018. This group focuses on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, emerging companies and venture capital, and general corporate counseling for companies in a broad range of industries and at all stages of development, with a particular focus on companies in technology industries. In particular, this position will work most closely with our Corporate & Securities, Emerging Companies & Venture Capital, and Mergers & Acquisitions groups. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level. Candidates must expect to have their J.D. prior to fall 2018 and may be current 3L law school students.
