The Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate to assist its Environment, Energy & Resources group as well as its Environmental Litigation group. The position will focus on CERCLA, MTCA, citizen suit, enforcement and other environmental litigation matters, as well counseling clients on compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, approvals and permits.  Experience in the following areas is preferred: environmental litigation; regulatory compliance; and various environmental laws.  Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and references, as well as two to four years of relevant experience.
