PORT TOWNSEND PUBLIC DEFENSE FIRM SEEKS ENTRY-LEVEL ATTORNEY

Job Description:  Entry level attorney position for adult misdemeanor and juvenile defense.  Jefferson Associated Counsel is a five-attorney, independent, non-profit firm in Port Townsend that provides public defense to clients in Jefferson County courts. 

The position provides an opportunity to work with experienced attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment.  Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington or awaiting July 2017 bar exam results.  Rule 9 intern experience in criminal law is preferred. 

Start Date:  Flexible.
