The Seattle office of Garvey Schubert Barer is seeking a Corporate Associate. The successful candidate will have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, public company reporting and compliance, and securities and finance; experience drafting and negotiating corporate governance documents, commercial contracts, and all phases of venture capital, private equity, and merger and acquisition transactions; fluency in Mandarin, preferred; excellent drafting, analytical and organizational skills; exceptional academic credentials, communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time; and a license to practice law in Washington State.
