Labor & Employment Staff Attorney                                

A leader in labor and employment law, Stoel Rives LLP, a full service business law firm, is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney for its Seattle Labor & Employment group. Our Staff Attorneys comprise a key role in our workplace and ability to provide our clients with top-quality, sophisticated legal services. This Staff Attorney role is ideal for an attorney with significant labor and employment experience, who is interested in focusing his or her efforts on client work, in a balanced capacity and without the demands of a partner-track position. The attorney will have the opportunity to provide strategic counseling and litigation services across the full spectrum of labor and employment law and on a variety of issues, including employment advice and counseling, employment litigation, labor relations, occupational safety and health, and wage and hour. Excellent written and oral communication, acute judgment, responsiveness, prioritization, and practical application of legal concepts are required to succeed. Membership in the Washington State Bar is preferred.
