Staff-Attorney---Employment-Law-Part-time-Lateral-Lawyers

The Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a part-time, non-partnership track Staff Attorney to support its Employment Services practice group. Primary duties include responding to agency discrimination charges and demand letters; drafting pleadings, correspondence, motions, etc.; handling and propounding discovery; reviewing documents; researching relevant authorities; and supplementing our other resources.

Position qualifications: JD degree; active, in good standing membership in the Washington State bar; at least 2 years’ experience in an employment litigation practice; big firm experience preferred; strong legal writing skills; compelling written advocacy is essential. The ability to work independently and remotely is required, with opportunities to work in the Seattle office when necessary for trainings, projects, etc.
