The Business and Tax practice group in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of three years' experience in general corporate law and business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions with a focus on commercial finance, particularly borrower-side secured lending, bilateral or syndicated. Project Finance experience a plus.
