The Seattle office of Perkins Coie is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Federal Tax practice group. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of federal income taxation experience including experience with taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate, partnership and limited liability company formations, and executive compensation. Experience with international business transactions a plus. Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred. Excellent academic credentials are required.
