Corporate Associate – Mid-Senior Level

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks an attorney in its Seattle office with a minimum experience of four years experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, corporate and commercial finance transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate law to join its Business & Tax Practice Group. Public securities experience is a plus.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references. We prefer candidates with law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills, and a strong academic background. All replies confidential.
