We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of family law experience to join our growing team.

For This Position, We Offer:
- · Salary ranging from $130,000 - $180,000; however, the base salary offered to an eligible candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience. This information is provided per Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
- Uncapped annual performance-based bonus opportunities

Qualifications:
We’re looking for an attorney who is both a strong advocate, a compassionate counselor, and a dedicated member of the family law team. Key qualifications include:
· Minimum of three (3) years of family law litigation experience
· Sound organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and convey complex information and concepts
· Demonstrated record of excellent client service
· Commitment to work both individually and within a team
· Perspective and work ethic that combine professionalism with authenticity and good humor
· Admitted to and active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
