We represent major businesses in the manufacturing, agricultural, forest products, mining, oil & gas, and renewable energy industries. This attorney will also advise clients on the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions including identifying and allocating environmental risks, negotiating and drafting environmental provisions of transaction documents, and obtaining and reviewing environmental site assessments and other diligence materials.

All our attorneys gain exceptional first-hand experience on sophisticated legal matters through their work with other lawyers and clients involving a variety of complex and cutting-edge issues pertaining to natural resources, wildlife, and environmental laws.
