TerraPower is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support on commercial and regulatory matters for TerraPower. The Corporate Counsel will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel, and work with the Senior Corporate Counsel and the other TerraPower lawyers (together, the “TerraPower Lawyers”) as requested. The Corporate Counsel will work collaboratively with TerraPower’s business and technology personnel, outside counsel and counsel for TerraPower’s suppliers, R&D collaborators, and other contractors both in the US and abroad.
