Our Programs and Services Division has a unique opportunity for an attorney with excellent interpersonal communication skills both orally and in writing to join our team as the Hearings Examiner (HE 2) within the Hearings and Interviews Unit. This unit provides fair and impartial hearings for those drivers seeking due process for Department-issued sanctions.

This position allows for telework anywhere with Washington state.
