We will cover federal tax filing requirements such as W-2s, 1099s, and Schedule H, as well as state Employment Security and Department of Labor and Industries filing and payment requirements. She will share what she learned about the various tax filing and payment obligations for hiring and paying household help.
Joanna Silverstein is a shareholder at Littler where she represents employers in a wide variety of employment law matters arising under federal and state law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes.
