 In the pursuit of parity, many women venture into male-dominated industries and find themselves on a strange and unique island, frequently alone. This program shares the experiences of such women, talking about how we can continue to successfully and collectively break longstanding barriers for women in these industries and furthering the educational dialogue on the elimination of bias in the profession.
