This year’s Mid-Year Meeting will not be your average Zoom conference! This year's program focuses on Navigating 2022 Together: Agile, Balanced, and Connected and will be engaging and an innovative program will offer both professional development opportunities and skills training to help women in all fields of legal practice thrive in their careers. Members will have the opportunity to shape the future of NAWL and the legal profession. We will also recognize and honor leading lawyers on the 2022 NAWL Rising List. 

Since 1899, NAWL has been empowering women in the legal profession, cultivating a diverse membership dedicated to equality, mutual support, and collective success. NAWL’s mission is to provide leadership, a collective voice, and essential resources to help advance women in the legal profession and advocate for the equality of women under the law.
