Wednesday, August 2, 2017, 12 PM-1 PM

Stoel Rives LLP (drinks provided)

In Law School students are taught how to think like a lawyer, not how to succeed as a lawyer. You’ve got the analysis down, but there is so much more to rising the ranks at law firms.  Participants will learn what it really takes to grow in law practice.  Participants will explore the behaviors and mindset required at the various stages of associate development, including what business development activities and strategies should look like at each stage and what level of responsibility is expected as one rises the ranks. Participants will have an opportunity to visualize their personal brand and learn how to lead with intention towards their partnership goals.
