Here is the job description:

The Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a Patent Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years' experience to join our growing and dynamic Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Qualified applicants will have a background in computer science or electrical engineering, or significant experience with patent litigation involving software and hardware. General commercial litigation experience is also helpful. 

Candidates must have a J.D. and active, in good standing, membership in the Washington State Bar, and either a member of the Patent Bar or qualified to sit for the exam. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, references, and academic credentials are required.
