The Immigration Practice Group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a mid-level business immigration associate in its Seattle office. Qualified candidates will have experience handling all aspects of business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, E, TN, O-1, P-1, B-1); immigrant visas (EB1, EB2, EB3, and PERM); and I-9 audits and other immigration compliance issues. The group is collegial and fast paced, and this position provides excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.
