Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a mid-level associate attorney with a minimum of four years’ experience to join its Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in its New York City OR Seattle office. The group is collegial, fast paced and provides excellent opportunities for professional development and promotion. Experience in financial services, including payment processing, emerging payments and prepaid, mobile payment, and credit card agreements is preferred, but not required. Qualified candidates must have experience with complex technology transactions, general corporate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills are required. Candidates currently licensed to practice law in New York are preferred.
