The program will use an interactive approach to understanding bias and to explain how attorneys – whether in litigation or transactional practice – make decisions, how these decisions can be affected by subtle, unconscious processes and preconceptions, and how such thoughts and actions can be changed to increase the impartiality and fairness of the decisions made.
