January 19, 2016, 12:00-1:00, at Perkins Coie
Join us for the first of a three-part series of Plugging the Leaky Pipeline town hall discussions that will explore issues critical to the different stages of one’s legal career. The first event, Come As You Are – Making Millennial Work For You, targets law students and new attorneys (0-4 years) who eagerly embark on their legal careers with high expectations, ambitions of making a difference and the drive to be successful. Particularly relevant for this category of attorneys is the “Millennial” factor – that is, how the expectations and traits common among the Millennial generation create challenges for new attorneys in the legal profession and how those expectations and traits influence their career decisions. Please join our speaker panel as they discuss openly and answer your questions candidly about how to make your Millennial traits work for you as your embark on your new legal career.
